A Sanctuary for Those Who Serve

A healing retreat concept designed for frontline workers carrying the weight of trauma, burnout, grief, and emotional exhaustion.

Why This Exists

Frontline workers spend their lives carrying the weight of trauma, grief, crisis, and emotional exhaustion.

Yet too many silently struggle alone.

The Frontline Sanctuary was created to offer a community for healing, restoration, nervous system recovery, and hope.

A place where those who serve others can finally exhale.

How Frontline Sanctuary Supports You

Frontline Sanctuary is a Las Vegas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting frontline professionals and their immediate families through wellness events, community connection, education, and referrals to trusted health and wellness professionals.

Our growing network brings together mental health, nutrition, fitness, and wellness resources while creating opportunities for frontline professionals to step outside the demands of service, reconnect with themselves and others, and know they don't have to carry everything alone.

We serve healthcare professionals and support staff, EMS, firefighters, law enforcement, dispatchers, veterans, UCs, and others who serve on the front lines.

Wellness Events
Free and accessible experiences such as fitness, yoga, mindfulness, education, and community gatherings designed to promote connection and whole-person wellness.

Trusted Referral Partners
Connections to qualified professionals in mental health, nutrition, fitness, and other areas of wellness when additional support is needed.

Community & Connection
Opportunities to connect with people who understand the demands of frontline service—outside the hospital, station, unit, or workplace.

What Healing Can Look Like

The middle panel depicts a group sitting around a campfire at dusk, with lights strung overhead in a desert outdoor setting. The right panel shows a cozy indoor room with a beige armchair by a large window overlooking desert scenery, with a framed quote on the wall that reads, 'Healing is not linear. But hope always is.'
