Built From Survival. Designed for Healing.

The Frontline Sanctuary was born from lived experience - not theory.

After years working in EMS and the emergency department, I witnessed the emotional weight frontline workers carry every day: trauma, grief, burnout, exhaustion, and the silent pressure to keep going no matter the cost.

I know that weight personally. There was a time in my own life when I nearly gave up. But in my darkest moment, I was reminded that even those who spend their lives saving others deserve hope, healing, and reason to stay.

This sanctuary is being built to become that place.

A place where frontline workers can finally exhale. Reconnect with themselves. Heal their nervous systems. Feel understood. And remember that they matter too.
